Blaming a mailing-list vendor for providing bad information, JPMorgan Chase apologizes for sending a form letter about its credit card services to an Arab American man in California addressed to “Palestinian Bomber.”

Somehow, I found that even funnier than Microsoft and Google swearing at each other. (earlier in the list) I mean, come ON, even the spammers trying to sell me Vi*gra can get my name right.  Which reminds me… did you know Viagra can make you blind? No kidding! No, really. I’m NOT kidding.  It’s in the list.
